Qualifications

Must be available on Monday, Thursday and Friday 12:00pm – 6:00pm. Saturday 8:00am – 12:30pm
Bilingual English / Spanish
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the clinic. Your role will promote a natural lifestyle and a balanced routine to reach optimal health. You will welcome patients warmly, coordinate scheduling, handle communications, and support the clinical team in maintaining a calm and professional environment. We are looking for a committed long-term employee that we can dedicate our training to. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, healing-focused environment.

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred front desk, assistant or customer service industry experience
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Handle high volume of calls while managing scheduling
Call health insurances and verify benefits
Bill insurance claims and process claim payments
Stay patient and calm under busy situations
Front Desk Operations
Spanish Communication / direction / scheduling
Patient filling
Maintain HIPPA compliance
Clean / Organize
Ability and willingness to learn and improve
Ability to sit and stand prolonged periods
Ability to lift 30 lbs
